Tender in. Clarity out.

We sum up your tender on 1 to 2 pages: what you must submit, by when, and what counts. With quote and page. Free of charge, after 1 working day.

A link to a public tender is enough. No account, no contract. A reading aid, not legal advice.

First: your tender

  • General Page 2
  • Suitability Page 8
  • Bid rules Page 14
  • Award criteria Page 15

Many pages. What counts sits in different places.

Then: we read and mark

English: The bidder must prove the required trade licence with an extract from the trade register. The extract must not be older than three months.

Page 14 Die Abgabe erfolgt ausschließlich elektronisch. Das Angebot muss bis 12.03.2027, 10.00 Uhr im Vergabeportal einlangen. English: The bid must arrive in the procurement portal by 12 Mar 2027, 10:00.

Page 15 Der Zuschlag erfolgt auf das Angebot mit der höchsten Punktezahl. Preis: 70 Prozent; Bauzeit (Terminplan): 20 Prozent; Projektteam: 10 Prozent. English: Price: 70 percent; Construction time (schedule): 20 percent; Project team: 10 percent.

Last: your summary

Which line would you have missed? Choose a line in the summary. On the left you see where it sits in the tender. Invented example (municipality of Musterstadt). The tender is in German, as in the original.

Do these thoughts sound familiar?

I am
  • “I hope I have not overlooked a document.”

All declarations and proofs we found are on one list. With the page.

  • “When does the question deadline end?”

All deadlines in one place. Each with its source.

  • “Is this bid even worth it?”

The weights show where effort pays off. You see it before you calculate.

  • “Where did it say that again?”

Quote and page. You no longer have to search.

Hoping or knowing: that is the difference.

  • “Did I overlook a corrigendum?”

Changes between documents stand side by side, with their citations.

  • “Does the tender contradict itself?”

    Cross-references and overrides are listed.

  • “How do I prove this to the client?”

Quote, page and section. To look up and to pass on.

  • “Is there a ground for exclusion in there?”

Passages relevant to exclusion are marked, with their source.

Proven instead of searched for long.

To the page for law firms

  • “Does my client really have every document?”

All declarations and proofs we found are on one list. With the page.

  • “Which deadline is tight next?”

All deadlines in one place. Each with its source.

  • “Is the bid worth it for my client?”

The weights show where effort pays off.

  • “Can I use this for my clients?”

We clarify that in a conversation. Tell us what you need.

More time for the client. Less time in the document.

  • “May I submit a tender on behalf of a person?”

Yes, if the person gives the consent themselves. The documentation says so.

  • “What does the result look like for a machine?”

Typed blocks with a source. An example and a schema are online.

  • “Is there an API or an MCP server?”

Not yet. The roadmap says what is planned. Tell us what you need.

  • “Who is responsible for the consent?”

The person. An agent ticks nothing unasked.

Clearly described. Honestly limited.

To the documentation

Two ways to the submission

The same tender, the same deadline. The difference lies in the hours before.

Without the summary

  1. Sunday, 21:40 You are still reading. Somewhere it names the question deadline.
  2. Monday, 06:30 You tick off documents and wonder: Did I miss something?
  3. Tuesday, 23:50 You submit. And hope.

With the summary

  1. Monday, 18:00 You send the link. Nothing more.
  2. Tuesday, 09:00 The summary is here. You see at once what counts.
    • Question deadline 26 Feb 2027, 12:00
    • Trade licence: extract at most 3 months old Page 8
  3. Tuesday, 09:30 You know what is missing, and you hand out the tasks.
    • Signature on file
    • Trade licence too old
    • Form 3 missing
  4. Wednesday, 17:00 You submit. And you know where you stand.

Same deadline. A calmer evening before.

Concept, invented example. Deadlines and documents we deliver today, in 1 working day. The match with your own documents ("too old", "missing") does not exist yet.

This is how a summary looks, step by step: every required document with quote and page.

What you hold in your hands afterwards

  • You see what is asked. All declarations and proofs we found in the documents are on one list.
  • You see the deadlines. The bid deadline, the question deadline and other dates, each with its source.
  • You see what counts. The weights of the award criteria show where effort in your bid pays off.
  • You can look it up. Each item comes with the quote and the page. You do not have to trust us.

The one line you overlook.

3

Months. The most the extract may be (example, page 8).

Imagine this: The deadline is running. On page 8 it says the extract must not be older than three months.

Yours is four months old. You only notice after you submit.

We read first and mark lines like this. You see them before you submit.

How it works

  1. First, you send us your tender.

One link is enough. Only documents you may pass on; please no drafts of your own bid.

    Tender

Link or number (TED, ANKÖ, ProVia, vemap)

  2. Then we read it and check the result.

You receive the free summary in 1 working day, by email.

Example: renovation of the electrical installation, municipality of Musterstadt

  3. Last, you decide.

Optionally you can ask us to look at your bid before the deadline. This is only a non-binding request. We name no price. It does not create a contract. Just say so in the message in the form.

    Optional

Request a check of my bid

    Non-binding. Still in development.

We are developing a tool that makes tenders readable for bidders. The free summary is a first look.

Who is this for?

  • For companies that bid on public tenders, for example from a municipality.
  • For anyone who has to read the documents: management, the bid manager or the office.
  • Requests from private clients also work, as long as no duty of confidentiality prevents it.
  • For law firms and advisers who read tenders for clients: to the page for law firms.

We do not read plans and drawings.

Request a summary

In the form you give:

  • Your name, email address and company.
  • If you like: a phone number, a short message and the link to the tender (TED, ANKÖ, ProVia, vemap). Not at hand? Reply to our email later.
Only a PDF?

Write "PDF to follow" in the message. We will get back to you with a safe way to send it.

Prefer to see it first?

We show you the current state in a short call, with your own tender if you like. The application is in development. There is no access to try it yourself yet. Join the waitlist.

Frequently asked questions

What does it cost?

Reading your tender and the summary are free. We currently name no price for checking your bid, because that step is still in development.

What exactly do I get?

A summary of 1 to 2 pages: subject, contracting authority, deadline, procedure, suitability criteria, all documents and declarations to be submitted (with quote and page), key deadlines and award criteria with weights.

How confidential are my documents?

Please send us only documents you may pass on: publicly announced tenders, documents you received as a bidder, or requests from private clients, as long as no duty of confidentiality prevents it. Do not send drafts of your own bid or internal documents. We do not pass your request on to third parties and we name you nowhere. We do not publish any summary. Evaluations we share contain only aggregated figures, no company names.

Where is my data processed?

In the EU. The form runs on Tally.

Does this replace reading the tender documents or legal advice?

No. The summary is a reading aid. It may contain errors. The contracting authority's documents prevail. For legal questions, consult a lawyer.

What happens to my email address?

We use it only for your request: for the summary and for questions about it. We send no newsletter and no advertising. You can withdraw your consent at any time: [email protected].

Send us your tender.
